RECENT ACTIVITIES OF TAMALE ZONE

TAMALE ZONE LAJNA DONATES TO TAMALE CHILDREN’S HOME
Lajna members of Tamale Zone embarked on a donation exercise on the 30th of October, 2022 as part of the activities to mark the celebration of the Lajna centenary. The donation was made to the Tamale Children’s Home. Items donated included; soft drinks, drinking water, sanitizers, diapers and bags of used clothes. The items were received by Madam Janet Boahemaa Ansu, an officer at the facility.

Members of Lajna Imaillah of Tamale Zone participated in a clean-up exercise organised as part of the Centenary Celebration of Lajna Imaillah. Members cleaned-up the Ahmadiyya Mosque in Tamale.

TAMALE ZONE ORGANISES MARRIAGE SEMINAR
On the 3rd of April, 2022, Tamale Zone Lajna Imaillah held her maiden Marriage Seminar at the Ahmadiyya Mosque in Tamale. The topic for discussion was, ‘Marriage in lslam - the woman’s perspective. 40 Lajna members were present. Alhamdulillah.
TAMALE CIRCUIT LAJNA PAYS A VISIT TO TINGYORI (KUMBUNGU) CIRCUIT
Alhamdulillah on the 25th of March, 2022, three (3) Lajna executives form Tamale circuit visited Tingyori (Kumbungu) circuit. 15 Lajna members were present at Tingyori Mosque to welcome them.

AMWSA TAMALE CHAPTER HOLDS VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
Umoore Talibaat, Tamale Chapter organised a virtual workshop on 26th June, 2021 via whatsapp platform. The workshop was a means to educate members, alhamdulilah 50 AMWSA members were able to attend. Also, present, were Naib Sadr III, Hajia Fatiha Mubeena Adusei, Umoore Talibaat Secretary, Hajia Rahmat Ainooson Ayyub and Tamale Zonal Lajna Sadr Madam Fadila Mohammed.

SADR LAJNA MULK JOINS TAMALE ZONE IN CENTENARY TREE PLANTING
On the 12th of June, 2021, Sadr Lajna Mulk, Hajia Anisa N. Iddrisu joined Tamale Zone Lajna to undertake a Tree planting exercise in the Kumbungu circuit. Sadr and her team were received by the chief and elders of Kumbungu and some jamaat members led by the Zonal Missionary- Maulvi Abdul Jabar.
A few seedlings were planted to initiate the planting process and the rest of the earmarked 500 seedlings were to be planted in conjunction with the forestry commission later. 102 members were in attendance for the planting exercise comprising 79 Lajna and Nasirat, 7 Ansarullah and 16 Amila and zonal executives.
