Tabligh (Preaching) Department

“Call unto the way of thy Lord withh wisdom and goodly exhortation, and argue with them in a way that is best. Surely, thy Lord knows best who has strayed from His way; and He knows those who are rightly guided.”

(Holy Quran 16:126)

The primary purpose of the Tabligh department is to convey the true message of Islam and Ahmadiyyat to others. This is achieved through a programme of activities, events and initiatives which seek to reach out to the wider community, strengthen interfaith relations and introduce the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and Lajna Ima'illah. Through dialogue, discussion and extending the hand of friendship, our aim is to build bridges, dispel any misconceptions and unite communities in peace. It is to highlight to others the values and the teachings of true Islam.

The department also runs a series of programmes to train and support local Tabligh Secretaries in developing and enhancing religious knowledge and effectively disseminating this knowledge for the purposes of Tabligh.
